A charming procession jovially escorts an effigy of Wellington, seated limply on the chair to which it is tied. The leader, holding up a firebrandand beckoning, is Lord Winchilsea. The four porters are  the Duke of Cumberland with an unidentified partner ; Prince George runs beside his father; behind are Eldon and Sidmouth. After the chair, waving their hats are Richmond and the eccentric Lord Stanhope, and the Duke of Newcastle.

The Tory ultras and ‘Protestants’ wreak their spleen on Wellington for Emancipation.
