Tierney has fallen between two (upholstered) stools: 'Whig Stool' [tattered] and 'Tory Stool' [in good repair]; he holds out his arms, saying, "There is no trusting I find to that deceitfull Ceylon Manufacture". On the extreme left and right stand Fox and Addington both clasping their sides in amusement at the mishap; the latter wears robes and wig. BM 9844
